By downloading and using Temparam, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Platform and Authentication

Temparam is available exclusively for iOS devices and requires Apple Authentication to use the app. By using Temparam, you acknowledge that:

• The app is only available for iOS devices
• Apple ID is the only supported authentication method
• A valid Apple ID is required to use the app

3. User Data and Privacy

When using Temparam:

• Your focus sessions, statistics, and settings are stored only on your device
• We only store basic Apple ID information for authentication
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time
• Deleting the app will remove all local data from your device

4. App Usage

Temparam is designed for personal focus tracking. You agree to:

• Use the app for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to extract or modify local storage data
• Not attempt to circumvent the Apple authentication system

5. Intellectual Property

Temparam and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Neotep and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Temparam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of local data due to device issues or app deletion
• Authentication issues with Apple ID
• Technical problems beyond our control

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes through the app or via email.
